Tribunais podem proporcionar acesso ao CNJ
Os tribunais de Justiça de todo país podem proporcionar acesso ao sistema de Processo Eletrônico do Conselho Nacional de Justiça (E-CNJ) às partes, magistrados e advogados envolvidos em processos que tramitam no CNJ. Basta que o tribunal realize convênio com o Conselho. De posse de login e senha, parte e advogado poderão acompanhar a tramitação do processo ou peticionar suas ações de qualquer lugar do país. Com um simples clique e, sem sair de casa, os usuários ativos do E-CNJ podem contar com essa facilidade.
O conselheiro Antonio Umberto de Souza Junior avalia que a medida é extremamente relevante para o usuário. "A pessoa tem inteiro acesso ao teor do processo sem se locomover. Isso gera economia de papel, tempo e dinheiro", opina.
Para ter acesso ao peticionamento eletrônico, o interessado deve fazer parte do processo, seja na condição de advogado, magistrado ou parte. Quem ainda não tem login e usuário no sistema deve realizar, inicialmente, o pré-cadastramento, que pode ser feito pela internet no endereço: https://ecnj.cnj.jus.br/, através dos links cadastro de advogado ou cadastro de magistrado/parte.
Entretanto, depois do cadastramento virtual, é preciso fazer o ativamento do cadastro, que deve ser feito pessoalmente. Nesse caso, o interessado deve comparecer a um tribunal conveniado com seus documentos pessoais e ativar o usuário e senha.
Atualmente apenas 34 tribunais estão conveniados (veja lista abaixo). Os demais tribunais podem proporcionar o benefício ao jurisdicionado de forma descomplicada. Basta entrar em contato com o CNJ para firmar convênio.
Depois de ativar o cadastro no tribunal mais próximo, parte, advogado e magistrados poderão acompanhar todo o andamento do processo pela internet recebendo, inclusive, intimações por e-mail.
